Tours that Snow Dogs cancels before departure will be refunded 100%.

Dog sledding tours may be cancelled by Snow Dogs because of illness, snow condition animal health concerns, weather, safety concerns, natural disaster or any other reason Snow Dogs owners or staff consider necessary.

If a client cancels a tour 7 days or more before departure, Snow Dogs will make a 90% refund.
If a client cancels a tour 3–6 days before departure, Snow Dogs will make a 50% refund.

Not showing up on departure and cancellations less than two days before departure are not refunded.

Use of alcohol and other illegal drugs is not permitted in or before our tours.
